We would love to be in on a civil law suit

From now on, just send me the e-mails. Anything that is send to Stacy’s e-mail is not going to be received because she is no longer employed with this company. Countrywide acknowledges that they have received the documents we sent, but they won’t be able to give me any new information for the next couple of days as the file is awaiting to be assigned to someone. I understand Countrywide is calling you everyday, that is the collections department. The best thing to do is to NOT answer. The collections department has some very harsh employees that work on a 20% commission and they will say anything it takes in order to scare you and try to get you to give them money. Scare tactics are their specialty. Once I get some new information I will let you know. Just please understand that this is a timely process and it will not be finalized by next week. This is going to take some time. But again, once I hear something I will let you know.

Jlowe@electgroup.orgok so there is a small small part of how much i tried to get to them the last call was from a lisa in 3rd week of july sayiny she needed documents and would get us all finished i still have voicemail the sad part is we had sent documents 4 or 5 times in past year always the same ones requested we have fax copies but then is when all of a sudden phone # were not in order on there end and emails undelivereable we got screwed out of 1300.00 and my house is in foreclousre and i wont survive if we have to pack up after 26 years and go??? I am 24/7 disabled 95% bed ridden only have left house in past 8 months for medical i dont see why we as in all elect group victims should lose everything when we did what was told and they didnt and when we started with them yes i checked them out and consumer ratings were great bbb was great and how anyone can sleep when they know the horror i am living with health and i was hospitalized over not getting to get a hold of them thats how delicate my health is!!
