Failure to notify of deposit issue

I created a deposit to my bank account to protect a mortgage transaction. Since the quantity wasn't created in - the figures are there simply not the published quantity - they didn't deposit the check.in the place of inform me, they kept the look for per week. Before mortage fee returned per week later, I had been unaware the deposit wasn't created. They stated they named me nevertheless when questioned what quantity they employed, they offered me a three-year old quantity that will be no further on my bill. Their only reaction was they couldn't deposit the check. I shut the banking account instantly. The arrogance of those individuals is incredible plus they WOn't recognize the client actually includes a stage.
