Resurgent Capital Services broke every law in the FDCPA Rule book

Presently being sued by LVNV but after informing them that I was suing them all of the sudden they want to negotiate a settlement offer.
I would like to know if LVNV are attacking other consumers in my area of the Greater New Orleans area. I would be interested in helping them as well as myself in making a YouTube video because, unfortunately, the FTC needs a shot of viagra.
I am like many others that have filed a complaint with the FTC against this company, Resurgent Capital Services/LVNV Funding, LLC, but have heard the same lines from the FTC that they have to wait to see an established pattern before they will act on something.
As I say, I have the corporate attorney, Michael Bahner, trying to buy my silence. I am not one that is silent. I am one that wants a chunk of their backside.
So, I look for any attorney in my area that will take over my suit against them or a group of people that would like to go after them in a YouTube video.
I have already tried the route of the Attorney General of the United States and my Senator and have found all of them need to grow a set or take viagra because at this point, they remain impotent.
