Said my Norton Security had expired

On October 1st I had been informed that my Norton Protection Consideration had terminated, which I'd to restore instantly. I questioned why I had been getting this when I had a contact from Norton that on Oct. 4th, my restoration might instantly restore in the charge card I used this past year. The only real issue I'd with this particular was that I had beennot actually confident I still had that one charge card when I have terminated many of them, therefore in the place of going for a possibility I went forward and restored. I've been outoftown for some times, so when I acquired within this morning, I had been searching through my email. After I popped this charge card statement, I had been billed $69.98 for that restoration I did so online, as well as, on Oct. 4th, I had been billed $69.99 from Norton. What must I do?

What really bothers me is easily am guarded, how can this myord.com learn about me, which I had been along the way of reviving my protection consideration? It surely appears to me that Norton would need to understand anything about that, or they're promoting details about their balances.
