No response to pay off

I co-signed for my son to possess his teeth performed last year. Funds wherever created. Subsequently in July we refinanced our house and reduced GE money-bank $3623.00 the entire amount. I've a duplicate of the check both top and back that exhibits they received the cost. I kept receiving telephone unpleasant telephone calls fropm GE stating they didn't receive the cost. I sent it for them 4 occasions and shipped it once. I nkeep attempting to keep in touch with them-but all I get is unpleasant remarks. They keep calling and also have destroyed my credit. I have to discover where there legal department. Is. Can anyone help me?
