Are completley as deaf as they are stupid. I called them, told them it was a crimmanal case, didn't care

The employee from Midland Financial called me to ask when I would be making a payment on my credit card, I informed him the I didnt have a card and that I hadn't had one sence about 8 years. He read off the information, the name and social security where correct but the mailing address was one I had never lived at, so I told him that I would need the information so that I could file a crimminal documents complaint with the Phoenix P.D. And add it to the other cases of identy theft, not did he refuse to send me information that I'm intitled to, but he said some rather rude things that I'm sure he wouldn't say directley to me, LOSERRRR!
The phone calls from them stoppped, but more than a year later the prestigeous law offices of Joral Kaplan start send me collections attemps, then they started calling me, and where less than simpithetic to my identy theft, could have cared less that it was all part of a crimminal investigation, even seems like they waited till I was out of state working to get it through the courts and have my wages garnished. Well now that the person who was responcible was charged with 5 other felonies, and that I WAS TELLING THE TRUTH, what do they intend to do to reimberse the money they stole, and yes even your legal fees. As I see it, both of them are as big of theives as the person who wrecked my life, and should be made responcible.
