Ripoff internet scam corruption dirty SOB's

On 06-24-03 I checked my bank account and it said on 06-24-03 that 49.95 was taken by onerate.com, so I got on the web and found out that it was global financial, I never heard if them.

So I called them and left a msg. What do I do Now to get my money back and to stop them from doing it again to me and someone elese.
