Guardian Credit Services Could modify my loan, but didn't tell me about the monthly payments must be over 31% of the gross income

About in May of Green Credit Solutions reviewed my hardship situation with their attorneys, and said that they could definitely help me to modify my loan, per the Obama Mortgage Relief Program. However, they neglected to say that there is a clause in the Relief Program that the monthly payment on the loan must be greater than 31% of your gross salary.

Note that my hardship didn't have anything to do with my being delinquent on my loan. My hardship is I cannot make ends meet, and have to borrow from my 12 or so credit cards every month, to pay my house payments.

Anyway, after 5 months of talking with Green Credit Solutions, and their telling me the loan modification is near, I decided to call the respective Bank, SunTrust. They immediately told me I didn't qualify, as my monthly payments is lower than 31% of my gross income.

Boy, was that a ripoff.
