This company offered a $50k loan if I secured the first 2 mos. Payments

I was contacted by Shane Hamilton around the beginning of September about a personal loan for $50,000, if I could secure the 1st month's note of $585—which was wired to a Marsha Lee Bennet in Manitoba, Canada. I thought this was a little fishy but I called myself checking on-line through a google search "reliance lending group scams" and nothing. They sent paperwork for an "Aviva Insurance Company" who was supposedly a underwriting group that serves as the medium between the two contries.
So needless to say I took the bait, I sent the 1st month note and contacted Shane with the confirmation from Western Union. He then told me that the funds wold be in my bank account within 1-2 business hours. The business hours passed still no loot, so I called him back and there was no answer.
Once we couldn't get through to Shane, I started pushing random numbers trying to get through to someone else's extention and I did, I reached a Cynthia Levert who told me that Shane must have been misinformed and that I would actually have to secure 2 months so that would be another $585, which realy equalled $598 with all of the Western Union fees. She also told us to wait 1-2 business hours.
Well at this point I was worried, frustrated, and done. I called again, and of course, Ms. Levert was a no answer, I tried dailing random numbers and reached a Jeremy Carter, who was supposedly the head of finance with the company. After he looked into their "files" he informed me that both Shane and Cynthia were mistaken and it would be an additional $350, at this point I said I needed a refund and he said no problem, I asked him for a e-mail follow-up and received none.
I called one last time to check on the refund, and reached yet another person Michelle (last name unknown) and she checked their "files" and confirmed that my refund had been processed but it would take 10-15 business days since the funds were coming from Canada. Well tday (10/7/09) was the 15th business day and of coarse nothing. I tried to call them this morning just to check up on the funds and their phones are no longer available and that is what promted me to do the same google search that I did in the beginning and found this website.
I have gone through a lot of emotions in the past few hours, but ultimately I have to "let go and let God". I know that hese people will see justice one day, whether I get my money back or not because there is one that noone can scam and He sees all. Shane, Jeremy, Cynthia, Michelle, and Marsha Lee, you will get your day and will have to answer for ruining people's lives and taking food out of families' home.
