Tax Care Pros over promises and under delivers

I approached Duty Treatment Experts in early May and talked with Michael Stephani who assured me I'd not need to be worried about anything his organization might look after anything for me personally. He explained to "relax they'd use the government and so I might have nothing to fear or tension about", I remained in continuous conversation using their organization and supplied EVERY notice in the government for them within 48-hours of getting it. All required types were finished and switched into the organization within 48-hours, I did so anything I really could to make sure their work was simple and nothing could be organized by me. I extended to obtain characters in the government informing me nothing was getting done. On 8/7/09 I contacted the IRS because I was very concerned they would take actions against me based on the letters I had gotten, when I spoke with the IRS they informed me nothing had been done regarding my federal tax account, and only a payment plan ($250 per month) was set up on my state account (anyone can do this online with the state IRS). I caused the national government myself and exercised a cost program. On 8/7/09 I emailed Tax Care Professionals Client Services department and Michael Stephani that I wished to discontinue their services and wanted to be contacted regarding a partial refund, I still have never received a response. I sent them again on 8/14/09,8/21/09 and 8/27/09 seeking a contact-or partial reimbursement again without any reaction. They ought to simply do the things they understand is correct and return my cash, they understand they didnt actually come near to supplying the providers guaranteed!
