Unknown Company Charged My Bank Account

This can be a business that I'd never heard about, that's, till they snagged $14.99 out-of my banking account. I attempted to discover who these folks were and just how they got ahold of my title and charge card info. I've never registered for 'consumers benefit' or have I heard of these till they got this out-of my bill. I have submitted a scam statement against these folks and am awaiting the cash to become returned in my experience. Additionally they triggered me to jump in my own banking account. I did so look for a quantity to contact these folks and also the woman stated she got me down. I informed her that I'd never registered within the first place. Subsequently, she desired to provide me some deals... I needed out-of whichever plan it was... I said NO. She gave me a conformation number. It claims I am not really a participant, therefore we will observe what goes on next month.

I'm awaiting my lender to document scam charges against these folks. I've noticed a lot of others who have been obtained for a lot more than I had been—I returned six months in my own banking account to ensure this was the only real charge they got out! Someone must place these folks out-of company!
