Countrywide Mortgage Loans is needing and contains removed a $2,000 ton insurance plan (that they are subtracting from our escrow account) on our home on Objective Beach Street in Marysville simply because they declare it's inside a ton area and it is needed by FEMA. The FEMA chart we discover online through FEMA displays our home in flooding zone X that will be not in a flood area. We've named National plus they declare it is out-of their fingers, that their "new" chart claims FEMA has people in a flood area. The only path to alter it's to obtain a LOMA (Notice of Chart Change) from FEMA. We believe Countrywide is conning people and perhaps others.
