Two charges for a free report

I visited a and required a totally free credit history on September 7th. I simply received my Uncover statement which I came across two costs, one for $1 plus one for $29.95. I've not a problem spending the $1 cost but I notice no cause to become billed $29.95 to get a free record. Why was I billed equally costs? Dorothy Willson
