I'd a merchant account with emusic for under one hour but still got scammed! I understood they'd a audio choice and was billed $11.99 for rescheduling my bill -without actually installing something from their website! I named customer support, and after awaiting a for more than 10 moments, she set me on-hold for 20 minutes after which hung-up on me! I called back and needed to maintain another fifteen minutes to actually get somebody about the telephone. The "boss" I spoke to was totally inexperienced and also the "corporate workplace" does not enable telephone calls or grievances. Exactly what a silly organization!
