Unauthorized charge

I ordered books on 9/1/09 and was charged correct amount. On 9/3/09, there was another charge for $19.95 from the same company. I never authorized this charge and was not informed of it. I have since searched the Internet and see it is probably a membership fee. I never authorized a membership.
