I recived a winners notice, having a check for 5,980.00 it claims to contact before you cash the check / i named a lady responded she requested for state quantity after which congratulated me for earning a contests that i gained 250,000us bucks she explained to signal the check available banking account and contact her back I do want to understand if this can be a fraud or for actual / before i visit a lender if you're able to assist I'd be thankful/and you will find 20 announced champions
