Excessive NSF Fees

Account-holder for more than 7 years and that I mistakely employed the incorrect card to get a purchase leading to an facility in my own Compass acct.

Compass changed the sole additional draft designed to the acct.in the last fourteen days (though it had confirmed obvious before the unintended cost) to ensure that extra costs might be enforced. Therefore $76.00 set for one screw up after which since I have don't stay near a branch. I had been not able to create a deposit rapidly plus they added $7.00 each day on for every evening the acct. Was overdrawn for 21 days! Therefore for just one cost of $395.00 - Compass billed my $226.00 if costs!!! That's a costly temporary mortgage... And that I never asked for this— just how they procedure purchases are meant to clear bigger debits first making it much more likely that they'll cost more NSF or facility costs for the little costs that don't clear due to the bigger going thru first. Misleading at-best and totally dishonest to cost somebody to get a mortgage they didn't make an application for plus one where the conditions did not need to be revealed until following the reality.

How is that this legitimate? COMPASS BANK BBVA makes thousands in make money from facility & fee costs alone annually! Awaken customers and operate for the privileges — we ought tonot be spending high-interest loans for money purchases!
