An unauthorized cost of $11.95 was designed to our individual charge card on 9/8/09 by MVQ Buying Essentials Plus. An inquiry with Lender America suggests the cost is for some journal which we didn't purchase or approve a fee for. I'm fed up with these deceptive methods by procedures similar to this ensemble!
