Denied access to my personal bank account

I've a checking account, savings account, Car loan and Credit card with DECU. After dropping 2 careers and having hrs cut at my part-time work I've been behind on my two loans with DECU. I have remained touching them to go over whenever a cost could be made. Because they've not many limbs I-view my account info on the net site. I was surprised last month to learn that since I had been behind on my funds they've limited me from use of some of my accounts. They have plugged me on the internet site and that I am unable to actually deposit money from the credit union support center. I don't believe that it is authorized to stop a customer from accessing their very own economic lender accounts. Who may I contact about that flat
