Poor service

These men are horeable. I've been looking to get the internet consideration to work with six months. I contact each week and that I need to undergo fifteen minutes of the exact same methods each time after which they inform me they've to deliver it for their IT department. They claim I'll have a solution in twenty four hours, however they never react or contact me back. The following week I contact also it occurs once again. I actually donot understand what my stability is or the things they have now been performing with my income. I have to determine how to proceed. Help me.
