Big concerns about what is happening now... Retribution, Correction?

Many people have expressed concern about current status of their complaints against Fairbanks Capital Corp. Many people feel that Craig and Brian have sold out. Me, I don't want to believe that, BUT... I want some fast and hard action that shows me they are serious at Borrowers Help.

Lip service and hoity-toity "do-this", "don't do that" boiler plate instructions sheets don't get it. I've written to Craig, I've asked him to tell me, in writing, what's happening now.
