Shocked Today - Small Business Credit Card

I opened my small business Advanta statement today and was shocked. My finance charge when from 9.99% to 27.18%. After reading all the complaints today, I'm lucky it wasn't worse. I called twice and was given the same memorized answer. They reviewed my account, thought I was likely to default, even tho I'd never missed a payment, nor were they telling me my credit was bad (it's over 800) but this is the best rate they have and will not lower the rate. Sorry, Merry Christmas! They are awful!!!
