Got a notice out of this organization stating they were providing me a to "clear a debt" that I actually donot actually owe. Based on the notice, it had been a debt owed to Arrow Financial Services, another bottom feeder collection company. I named into the organization (not suggested) and also the phone was responded by "Eric". I recognized myself and requested him for that contact info for Lance Dark, the Business's Leader. "Eric" desired to understand who I had been and what company I'd with Lance, and so I told him that I had a need to deliver Lance Notice of Breach of Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Work, FDCPA, and FCRA, in addition to Notice of Challenge of Debt. Eric chuckled at me repeatedly and stated they did not hand out Lanceis info which easily desired to prosecute them, try to look for a lawyer to draft the documents for that match. He held giggling after which hung-up on me.
