My 28 year old son just received this First Capital Card in the mail. Sounding too good to be true, he called me to see if I had ever heard of it. I asked him if there was a "credit card" number on it & he told me there was a number beginning with a "7." Knowing that this was not Visa or MasterCard, I told him not to do anything with it until I investigated on the internet.
Thank goodness for your site! The numerous complaints registered with you about this scam tell the whole story. Needless to say, I told him to shred the card & forget he ever saw it. Companies such as this prey on people looking for a good deal. Naturally, they appeal to their desire for big credit with no strings attached. It's hard to believe that a reputable company would treat callers in such a shabby way when they are just looking for explanations and clarifications.
I agree - STAY AWAY FROM THIS BOGUS DEAL. I also find it amusing that the people writing rebuttals have such poor command of the English language!
