Loan scam artists

Don't do business with Valero Credit Group because these people are scam artists. I received a phone call on August 16 from Michael Dean of Valero Credit Group that I was approved for a $5000 loan. He faxed me the loan agreement which seems legit and faxed the sign document back. Michael told me that because of my bad credit I had to prepay 5 months in advance in the amount of $720.00. The funds had to be sent to a person name Arthur Lopez in Ajax Ontario Canada because they would had to pay 15% tax. Once I paid the money he stated the loan would be deposit in my account in 24 hrs. I checked the next day and saw there was no money. On the same day I received a phone call from Mr. Green account manager stating that there was a miscommunication and I had to send money for an addtional 5 months. He said since there was a mistake that the lender would give $7000. I sent the money and he stated that it would be in my account within 6 hours. I didn't see no money in the account on Monday. I called on Monday and everyday there after, no one was available to speak with even customer service. I've called, left several messages, and sent fax but to no avail. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau in Atlanta Ga and they have forward my complaint to this company. It was my fault for not doing my research and fell for the oldest trick in the book. I was desperate because I could get loan because of my bad credit. I have emailed Atlanta Police Chief and will file a consumers affair report in Pa and Ga. Please do not make the mistake that I did. Do not send money to these scam artists that take people hard earn money. If anyone has been contacted by this company and been ripped off, please speak up because I don't want anyone to go through the same thing I went through
