Withdrawing money from my personal acct without permission

I had been told that i requested financing online which identification protection program included it. I don't recall trying to get any loan for my credit is so all messed up i understand i'd be rejected. I'll not state that i didn't utilize, i simply do not remember doing this. I am unable to afford to possess funds removed from my account for any reason because doing this can make my funds get into facility. Easily closed this unconsciously, please forgive me but i don't want this service and that i request that my money of $33.98 please be refunded back to my account. Thanks.
