AMRO Mortgage Group ripoff stole money from my escrow account and won't give it back

I wish you're ready to assist me having a difficulty I Have experienced with ABN AMRO Mortgage Group.

ABN AMRO Mortgage Team is my mortgage business and providers my escrow account. On 3/4/03 they withdrew $1,177.06 from my escrow acct without my authorization. They declare it had been to get a house risk insurance plan. I've constantly preserved my very own house risk insurance and ABN AMRO had simply settled my plan premium on 10/15/02.

Our insurance provider (State Park) has faxed confirmation (Assertion websites) to ABN AMRO on many events showing that I've mantained an insurance policy together since 1989. Nevertheless, ABN AMRO hasn't returned me the cash.
