Ripoff, deceptive company Texas

This company uses deceptive practices. We sent in our monthly payments, they sent our payments back to us adding fees and we ended up in forclosure. Payments were sent to Litton, they sold our loan to Temple Inland Mortgage and Litton did not notify Temple Inland that we were making payments to them. Someone has GOT to help the consumer against companies like this, Please help us.
