Never received what i paid fo

I, David Gleason got on the pound subscriber list from investindinar.com work by Marshall Wayne Donnerbauer. He promoted a purchase of just one thousand pound for 725 bucks. I'd been considering purchasing some pound but did'nt trust the company. I decided he was trust-worthy and approached him concerning the pound purchase. I sent him 732.00 bucks through paypal which he happily accepted. It was oct 14. I've acquired none of the pound that we paid for. Marshall may responed to my emails but WON'T deliver me my pound or provide me a return. He claims he's in economic difficulty and doesn't have my cash anymore and doesn't possess the pound to deliver in my experience. He claims he'll deliver it when he gets it. I've been awaiting nearly annually today. It isn't returning people. DON'T Trust This Person. I'm calling an attorney to try and get anything. Your better-off having a lender or ebay.
