Taking money out of my accoun without permission

Ecieved this telephone call in May... informing me congradulations I've been chosen by my lender for maintaining my bill current after which the started asking me all theses concerns about publications and such. Tellingme that I'll receive something special card for $1000 for almost any restaruant within the Usa... Explained that I will select any for publications... I've named them many times attempting to stop this consideration plus they keep showing me when I do want to stop I'd hve to pay for them $800.00 because it is after dark cancelation day. Used to donot approve them to to complete this. My household lives paycheck to salary... I'd like this income refunded. And Please anybody who it has occurred to. I'm along with you on something must be completed...
