Excessive Overdraft Fees

My partner and that I exposed 2 checking balances with TD Bank annually along with a 1/2 previously, before they combined with Business Bank and at that time there isnot a regular maintenance charge or costs for utilizing the ATM. Today, we've a charge each month and along with that excessively extreme facility costs! I've been billed over $1,000 in costs this summer simply because they balance they maintain is not correct. Along with they withhold dealings from greatest to cheapest, not within the purchase they were completed! Not just that but when you are overdrawn for 5 straight times you'll be billed $35 and continue being billed $35 every 5 times until a deposit is created! Which is the greatest one, I had been billed a $35 facility charge to get a $18 deal from Netflix since when it was approved I just had $11 in my own consideration (it is automated each month) after which when it arrived of impending and it really "published" to my consideration I had been billed $35 again! I named customer support and also the repetition stated that they'll mail-me the "Routine of Deposit Account Costs" for me personally to examine.
