Increase the interest on two credit cards with an existing balance despite the fact that in thirty years never being late with payment

First Hawaiian bank increased my interest on outstanding balances despite the fact that I have never been late on a payment for thirty years and have never gone over my limit. I currently have the highest credit category in the credit index scale. The bank claim that they sent an opt out statement but I never received this and never changed my agreement in thirty years.
