Had me wire money to canada then called and said i need more for a loan

A man by the name of Ernest Williams if that is his real name contacted me about a loan. He said that I had to pay a collateral payment to secure the loan. Claimed the loan was in Canada.By the time I realized it was a fraud, he had my money. Then had someone else to call back and say the need more to secure the loan. I said I want a refund. They claim it will be sent back in 30 days via certified check. I must admit I had a feeling it was a scam but was real desperate and I think he fed on that. He used my kids. Told me to check the BBB. Claim hes not going to close an office over $800
