This piece of smegma has a criminal record, does not pay child support, has lien on his car and house is in foreclosure. BUT HE HAS THE AUDACITY TO TRY TO DO LOAN MODIFICATIONS!!! Look up his name in Better Business Bureau and google his name, you will see he is not a legitimate professional business man. He has ordered an online program and tried to read up on how to do modifications and in two months started prospecting people. Many people got scammed, a few caught on and got their money back or partial payment. But most have not caught on to him.

He has scammed women for money telling them he is professional man in the real estate and loan mortgage business. He uses the name DESHAWNMEMPHIS on the website BlackPeopleMeet and Yahoo singles and he preys on women who can benefit him through having good credit. Remember he is in the mortgage business so if he can get your social he will check it and if you are a good rating he will then try to charm you. He has scammed women up to the point where one actually bought the wedding dress and invitations were made! As a result of having to file for bankruptcy, not paying child support and home in foreclosure he cannot get anything in his name so he attempts to have the women put it in their names. He is also on Facebook and Twitter using his real name so please beware!

This man has also duped businesses from auto dealers, online websites and payroll companies out of money and given them a bad name through dealing with him.

I'm certain he will try to retort, but the truth remains and it is online to prove it. It's time to shed light on him so he pay for his actions. I am forcing this rat turd out of his hole.
