Total ripoff, deception, trying to force us out!

We fell behind 1 1/2 payments. Prior to 60 days late, we Western Union wired 1 full payment plus the late fees. They held, or refused to accept payment, until 2 days past the 60 day late period, and sent the money back to Western Union. *All the dates are in writing thank goodness!!!

Then, they began a foreclosure on our home, and gave us an option. Plan "A" Come up with 3 months total payments ($6000 plus penalties), and an additional $4800 in "legal" fees to stop the forclosure ($11,265 total). The super nice people at Moss, Codilus, Stawiarski, etc, etc, etc., felt that the legal fees were just (and ethical according to one of their minimum waige flunkies), considering they had to file a forclosure in my county (uh...$100 to file).

Man, I wish I were an attorney. If I made that kind of cash, I could have afforded plan "B". Come up with $7000, and sign a "forbearance contract", which would allow them to raise my house payment $400 per month, for twelve months, which would pay off the legal fees. Uh, let me see... RAISE MY PAYMENT $400 PER MONTH??? I suppose if I had the extra 400 bucks laying around, I might not have gotten behind in the first place???

So, after reading the Forbearance contract, and laughing hysterically for about two hours, I went to work on gathering the extra monies to pay those cut-throats their monthly shoe shining bill. I was given exactly two weeks to come up with the money, exactly two and one half times my monthly salary. I sold a vehicle, and borrowed the rest, just to keep their guilt-ridden, dirty hands off my equity, and I'm not done. Now that my family is safe, I'm going after those bastards (legally), so that I can get my money back, and make them bend over like they made me.
