Want my money back

I 'm not sure what company or busines this is but the charged about $200.00 on my Credit Card I've been calling this company to get my money refunded because i never ordered their product nor have recieved anything. I have been going through this process of over two months now. They keep telling me i would get an email that will tell me how to get my money refunded because I'm not on there system. And it will need to go through there claims department as fruad and i would recieve that email with 7-8 buisness days and i got jack shit from them. I just want my damn money back thats all. I have all the proof on my Visa statement and will be more then happy to send it, but at the moment its not with me. My email ashma_n_m@hotmail.com
