Charging my card

I had been billed 49.95 for many acai berries cleaning item that i never received... I've tried calling the amount 1-866-736-1040... The amount is just an automated owner... I'm looking for out ways to get my money back on my card... I'd to put my card on hold so nothing else can be charged to it until this matter is taken care of. This is this type of large fraud nicely greater than a fraud it's scam stealing individuals money from their cards... in my opinion they call that credit card fraud why are they not being charged with any charges on these issues??? Doctor ounce or rachel ray or oprah also needs to be held accountable given that they support the corporation that's no good.
