Can't get my card verified

I purchased a green dot prepaid credit card from walmart today, it had been 3.95 for that card, and that I place 50 bucks about the card. Whenever we named to trigger it, the woman stated that she could not confirm the info. I required the card instantly, and that I questioned why she could not confirm it. She could not give me grounds. And why do they request your ssn#??? There's no creditcheck, its a cash-only offer. They stated that they'd mail-out a check, but I actually donot realize all of this material about them requiring all of this info. We will notice easily really obtain the check or not.
