Loan Mod misrepresentation

I do not mean to protest, but I'm a struggling family-man with small children along with a desire I am attempting to store. At first of 2009 I approached subsequently CIT team in regards to a loan modification to assist us out in a struggling economy. I've had numerous hospitilizations and lack of work. We were authorized and we were informed our 1800 payment per month could be decreased somewhat. We were delivered notice our cost could be 900- low 1000's. When it had been all stated and completed it had been elevated to some simple 100 less than before. The mortgage modifcation ws for nothing. I read everywhere where people are now being cheated within the loan modification procedure as though to provide the appearcne to assist people. WE truly thought this was our opportunity to succeed also it was not. I'm presently on FMLA or household medical leave until 9/1/09. We're weeks behind since we like a number of other americans aren't being assisted as guaranteed or advertised. People require actual aid not fake guarantees with hidden agendas.
