Ripoff business from hell

We have had nothing but trouble since Ocwen aquired my account three years ago.

They say you are late when you are not. We have to send everything certified to prove that we sent my payment on time and that they received my payment on time. When you call they say prove it and yet nothing is done when you prove it.

We are trying to refinance and they have screwed it all up. We can't get one with the credit report saying we are late when we haven't been.

Now, I even got a call from someone in another state stating she got my letter from them talking about my private information. What about the privacy act?

Someone needs to do something about them!
