Rep Scolded Me for Being Irresponsible and Yelled While Threatening

Jordan scolded me for not paying my bills. He said that I was irresponsible and he didn't care about the fact my situation had changed. I wonder if he knows or cares that he is breaking the law?
He does not live in my state, he is breaking the law by even calling, let alone threatening me. Belittling me does not make me want to co-operate with this company.
As he was yelling at me I told him that the conversation was over and hung up on him.
