Harrasing calls at work

NCC Business Services, Inc keeps calling my office after I've required them to prevent all calls to that particular quantity. I've talked together on my own phone-line lately however they nevertheless call might work. Lately around 10:30am 08/17/09 Daneen named might work # and started yelling (actually) at me about how exactly I owed her customer cash after I questioned her again to not contact my office. I had been so surprised and angered by her total insufficient professionalism and self-control that I felt forced to document a to anybody and everybody that'll hear. I have co-worker that observed the decision and may hear her screaming through the telephone.
