Repeat charge of account without permission

We requested the merchandise within the telephone. They attempted to drive additional items on-US that people did not need. They charged our banking account to get a regular newsmagazine. We did not request and we got them to get back the cost. They called twice seeking more company. We informed them NO!!! Due to their stress. We informed them we did not need anymore company together. They delivered another bundle using their item that people did not purchase and charged our consideration. We're on the fixed-income which we can not manage significantly more than what we take into account. They place a cost on our consideration that people didn't!!! Request, nor need. Is the fact that enough?!! Marie Broderick
