Zack Jabro has had an Elite Financial LLC as a company through the state of Michigan since 2006. He was not licensed by the state of Michigan to do mortgages with this companies name. Since he was not licensed to do mortgages he was not allowed to take deposits. Do you think that stopped him from being a greedy slime ball? NOOOO. He took by my best guess at least $150,000.00 of unwitting consumers deposits. He then took the money and did another no no and "Laundered" the money into a pizza franchise "Happy's Pizza".
That's just for starters.
His automated dialing machines would block numbers so people that he is calling don't know who to report to the Do Not Call directory. He does not buy the list for all the numbers of the areas that he is doing these loans in.By law he needs to pay the government for each area code. He is not doing that. He also needs to maintain his own do not call log, which he is not doing.
According to the state of Michigan he is not allowed as Elite Financial LLC to have web sites promoting mortgages. Did this stop him? NOOOO www.fmortgage.Us www.thinkelitefirst.com
