Lenox Capital Freedom Financial ripoff

I was ripped off by freedom financial. They called me and said that I would have to pay 224.95 and I would get a credit card. I never received one. This occurred in july. I made numerous calls since then to get a refund but to no avail nothing happened. I finally did some research on the address I had for this company, Here to find out this was an address of a mailbox etc. Which is where they receive all there mail.

I actually fedex a demand letter to there mailbox etc account and still did not get a reply this was in april. I called the mailbox etc and asked jim that worked there if that particular mailboxed has been picked up he told me that was confidential information. I then went to the next step which was to write a letter and all the backup information I had and send it to the sheriffs office of georgia.

I sent them my bank statement where they took my money out, my phone records of all the calls and how long I was on the phone waiting for them to pick up and also the proof of signature that the mailbox etc. Had signed. Within the last 2 weeks I received a letter from the office of consumer affairs of georgia and they are investigating this company, They did a bust I do beleive on the 11th or 12th of april from what the sheriffs office said. They confisacted computers and other equipment. Anyways the name of the investigating officers name is Brent Crowde
