Ripoff

I tried to "rebuild" my credit using ACS in June of last year. Every chance to contact them has failed. I closed my bank account, so there are no futher charges. But i'm still out the 200 dollars to get the platinum CARD. I have been trying to find out if there is a class action suit filed. Because I want to be apart of that suit.
