Advance Fee Loan Broker Scam Company

I applied for a personal loan online and was contacted by Dandy Financial Services via email. They used official looking letterhead and named all the various officers of the company. They sent me an offical looking loan contract and explained they would need 4 months payment as security collateral since I did not want to use my home or a co-signer.

I sent the money via Western Union to a "courrier" in Jamaica because the investors used overseas accounts supposedly. Once I sent the money I was told I would have the funds in 24-48 hours and then I never received funds or heard another word from the company! I have since learned that they are not a member of Finance Brokers of Australia nor or they accredited by the Better Business Bureau even though they have both listed on their fancy website.

The website originated in Canada and their Virginia Beach address does not exist. The phone # is no longer in service. I have filed multiple complaints with BBB and Western Union. Expensive lession learned!

Please people do extensive research before you send a dime in advance for a loan.
