Onthe third of every6 month 14.00 was taken out of my checking account

On the third day of every month I noticed that 14 dollars was being taken out of my checking account. When the bank gave me the phone number to call a young man answered and was talking so fast that all I could get out of him was this was a on line shopping site where I was given 25000 dollars to shop and buy what i wanted. It would be charged to some card I was supposed to have and I could get everything I needed for a small charge of 14 dollars a month. I told him that I had never heard of this before and I did not sign up for this service and I wanted it stopped now. He said thats fine it is now stopped and he hung up the phone. He was very rude, very fast at talking and couldnt really tell me anything. I would love to know how on earth this person had ny email qddress and banking information because he did not obtain it from me.
