All telephone numbers disconnected

I've an rv borrowed with gemb financing, formerly thor credit co. I create my payments within the phone and today after i contact every quantity i will find for the corporation they're all disconnected. Nowadays, sunday morning at 8am i obtain a telephone call from and unknown owner stating he was from gemb and desired to make my payment now within the phone with him. I told him about most of the numbers being disconnected and he said they changed their telephone number last month. I said it doesn't send one to the new quantity? I also told him about all the complaints from people about the organization. Obviously he said he knew nothing about this. He repeated if we might make my payment now to the phone. I explained no, that i'd attempt to contact the organization myself and hungup. Why would this person be calling me on the sunday morning without any number on callerid??? I named each of their numbers this am plus they are all disconnected. I have no idea how to proceed??
