Unfair interest charges on unsecured loans and credit card

I have been dealing with Wells Fargo for a while now and I have been a good customer until recently when I started noticing my finance charges on my credit card and loan. Finance charges are suppose to go down when the balance goes down mine keep going up on my loan and I noticed that they are double billing me on my credit card also. I have one payment due on the beging of the month on my credit card and another due at the end of the same month. This is out of control with this band they are getting worse and worse and I have never missed a payment. They refuse to deal with you when you inquire as to why they come back with the same robotic talk. I am very frustrated and just dont see how they can get away with this. This should be illegal. I feel that they need to be stopped some how. This is the worst banking practice I have ever seen in my life. They are a bunch of crooks.
